Kemampuan Pemimpin dalam Berinovasi

Leadership is an important thing that is owned by a leader. Islamic leadership is leadership based on Allah's law. The style of leadership in an institution determines the number of innovations that will be produced. Innovation is basically determined by the ability of institutional leaders to find, develop, maintain, and utilize the potential for innovation, including to motivate its members to actualize all their potential, of course, by paying attention to the welfare of its members. Building a new innovation has a risk of failure and can even cause some problems or lead to losses. Therefore, leaders need to have careful calculations, be patient, and certainly have the courage to make a decision and have the courage to bear the consequences of the decisions they make. Innovate or die.
